The Coal question

Description: There are many questions raised about how coal, Australia’s major export earner, can be used most effectively and most responsibly. This film looks at the role of science in confronting these questions and describes the efforts and results of researchers in areas such as mine safety, coal to oil conversion and pollution control systems.
