A demonstration of technique for emergency splice of broken fire hose without additional tools, an experimental water curtain device, tool dip material for protecting sharpened edges during storage. Also included footage of personnel and equipment at training event, Orange County Airport fire station and Orange County University (Irvine) fire stations prior to incorporation as a county fire department while under Division of Forestry jurisdiction.
