The Accident

Presents two versions of an automobile-pedestrian accident from which a law action develops--one version through the eyes of the victim, 11-year-old Judy Martin, and the other version through the eyes of the driver. Explains and demonstrates how the girl's parents seek legal council when her injury does not heal properly. Dramatizes how a suit is filed and a summons is served on the defendant, Alfred Sharp. (Kinescope).
