Millie, a four-year-old, is hyperactive and distractable and cannot speak. Reduction of possible distractions and other techniques make it possible to test her. Shows Jimmie, a five-year-old who has a severe hearing and sight deficiency and is also unable to speak. Pictures and describes ways of compensating for these defects in the evaluation of his educability.
