Symmetries of the cube (TEFC)

Description: Studies the octahedial group (symmetries of the cube and the octahedron) via reflections. Various sub-groups are determined by examining the reflections in three pairs of mirrors of the kaleidoscope. Shows how the construction of kaleidoscopes is related to the cube and the octahedron.
