Description: A German language film with English subtitles. Presents Werner Herzog's film of ex-convict Bruno Strosvek, who offers refuge to a battered prostitute, Eva, and who later travels to the United States with her and a friend, Clemens. Continues as Eva becomes disillusioned, deserts Bruno and leaves for Canada, and concludes after a robbery in which Clemens is apprehended, with Bruno escaping and enigmatically vanishing.
