Description: Harmonica virtuoso Stan Fisher seemed to be all over the place in the mid-1940s through the 1960s, with appearances in concert halls, major television variety shows, and a feature film. He made seven recordings, including an album, “Hi-Fi Harmonica Over Broadway” (1958?). By the early 1970s, he was largely absent from the national music scene. Other than a brief biography in the liner notes to his album, his life and disappearance remain a mystery. His interpretation of George Enescu's "Roumanian Rhapsody" is likely influenced by Romanian accordion. This film is missing the final sequence.
