St. Albans: an ethnic programme (TEFC)

Description: St Albans is a multilingual, multicultural community where 85% of the population are migrants from non-English speaking countries. St Albans East primary school, with a schools commission grant, employ parents in a program to increase the children’s awareness of community languages and culture.
