SPEARHEADS IN THE SKY

Kodachrome photography and story by Jack Van Coevering. A boy and a girl discover the nest of a real Mother Goose. They watch the young hatch, grow up, look for fall food. They see raccoons, violets, dogwood, field lilies, katydids, purple asters and butterflies. Story ends with a hunter's harvest in October.
