a brass band wearing fancy jackets plays while two young hetero couples sing, siting on a fence. They cuddle together and a young boy torments the band with a slingshot. The couples whistle and sing,. The group of couple now roller skates on a floor in the middle of some trees. The others sing in the background.

A group of young people dance in a restaurant with a band. A Trio, two men and a woman, all wearing white, one man with curly blonde hair, one with black, and the woman with curled brown hair. They sing and do various melodic sound with their hands and mouths (whistling, popping, etc.)
Back to the dance floor where three couples dance in front of a small band and one man in the trio sings.

A conga line of dancers distracts them as they sing to each other. the conductor of the band comes over to them and the film ends.

The maid, who looks to be a man, moves around in the background and dances as she makes a drink.
The man on the hone, an older, balding fellow comes in and the singer swoons over him as he sits in an armchair. She pulls a jewel-encrusted bracelet out of his coat pocket and admires it on her wrist. END

The focus is on one couple, a woman with brown curly hair and a man with sleek black hair. The woman sings to the man as they dance and move among the crowd. They step to the side and she sings to him as they stroll though the room. She sits on a sofa and he joins her, getting closer and holding her. They kiss. END

‘Les Hife and His Orchestra’ 1942 “Pudgy Boy”
A rotund black man leading an all black orchestra dances and sings as the orchestra plays. All the African American men have on suits ad play various instruments.
The leader is in a sweat suit, wearing a belt around his stomach, which bulges. Some women tease him and laugh. A thinner, younger man nearby shows off his thin body and muscles by bending a steel rod. The women and others are impressed. The chubby man tries to do the same, only with a flimsy rubber rod. The women jump over a pummel horse but the chubby man can’t they jump over another girl who is bent over and the chubby guy stops short, looking at her bend rump. They sing to each other and climb onto a stationary bike, the girl on the handlebars and the man at the pedals. END

A group of black men wearing overalls and straw hats sing on a farm setting stage, featuring one man who sings lead. The others play instruments and three women nearby on straw bales clap along. There is a pianist, bassist, and guitarist, who don’t sing and look slightly bored. The leader dances around a little and is more excited about the whole thing. END

A small four piece band of African American men play music on a stage while a woman in a tan dress sits on the piano and claps. Another, more dapper young man comes out and sings to the girl, pulling her down for her to dance. She dances as the fellow and band members watch excitedly. the singer pulls her in and starts to dance with her and rub her arm, singing in her ear. They hold each other close.

A young girl with curled brown hair in an apartment dolls up as a fireman climbs the ladder outside her window, he climbs past her to kiss another girl upstairs. The girl and other flirt with the firemen in various ways, at a ball game, at the station, at the apartment building. Meanwhile the three singers, who are movers move all her junk into the apartment building. The singers collapse with exhaustion at the end.
