I sat for awhile and watched this egret catching and eating his dinner at Kumeyaay Lake in Mission Trails Regional Park, San Diego. There's regular speed footage followed by some slow motion footage. Note how the egret breaks the neck of the dragonfly and dips it in the water, killing it before swallowing it. Shot with Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70. Music by me.
