Description: Documents the efforts of fifty hardened criminals, whose program to help juvenile delinquents is held within a maximum security prison. Considering themselves to be tough street punks, seventeen youthful offenders are soon shocked into reality as these men present their life stories through a process of intimidation. By threatening and cajoling these kids, the lifers show them their future if they pursue their present path. Although the film is graphic and uses brutal street language, it has been well received by both parents and educators. An Academy Award winning film directed by Arnold Shapiro.
