Description: This 1954 silent home movie captures the Graham family’s trip to the Col. Elijah Sterling Clack Robertson Plantation in Salado, Texas. The film begins with footage of the slave quarters and main house from a distance. The children then pose in front of the house and its historical marker. Back in Austin, the two Graham children cuddle and play with their family dog in the backyard. Completed in 1860, the Robertson Plantation was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
