Description: Directed by Lon Fitzgerald, “Robalo Grande” is a 1950s film that follows two fisherman on the quest to catch the elusive Robalo Grande off the coast of Mexico. The film stars and was produced by Conrad “Connie” Fath. Fath owned and operated Fath Boats and Motors in Austin. His wife, Shudde, was a prominent civic activist. She was also a founding member of the City of Austin's Electric Utility Commission, serving from 1977 to 2017. Conrad Fath passed away in 1990.
