Description: Shows the scientific methods of analysis used in the parternership between The Rembrandt Research Project and DSM Research, a Dutch chemical company, which resulted in the discovery of information about both the composition and the application of Rembrandt's paint. Follows the processes performed on the painting entitled The Jewish Bride as well as the attempts to replicate the paint that Rembrandt might have used in the 17th Century. Uses voice-over narration as well as interviews and demonstations.
