I'm looking forward to the the challenge of teaching working with children helping them to grow helping them to learn basically I want my ideas is to get the kids to think I hope to increase their ideas increase their capabilities I think that uh teaching will provide a rewarding experience which uh to me is what I'm I'm looking for when I started I had all kinds of creative ideas and now I've been teaching for 5 years and I haven't had time to do any of them what makes me mad is that I can't give the students the kind of attention that they deserve I can stand being an underpaid teacher but more often than that I'm an underpaid bookkeeper my classrooms are so overcrowded that I can't begin to give the children the kind of individual attention they need and I know it's not my fault but every night I go home feeling that I've really let these kids down 150,000 Public School teachers leave teaching each year isn't it time to take a close look at teaching conditions in your
