Animated story of visitors from another galaxy who are puzzled by the chemical dependency of many of Earth's inhabitants. When the space travelers investigate one such victim, a recovering alcoholic, they discover that any mood-altering chemical, including a wide variety of medicines, is likely to create a new addiction or lead back to the old one. They note, finally, that the responsibility for recovery rests with the individual. Advisor, Dr. Paul Ohliger
