Description: Describes the treatment of a patient who was found to have invasive carcinoma of the vulva in the 24th week of pregnancy. Explains that she was treated with radical vulvectomy and bilateral groin lymphadenectomy at this stage in pregnancy and at the 38th week of pregnancy a Cesarean hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed. Discusses the use of lymphography in the mangement of this patient.
