Problems of Conservation: Wildlife

Sketches briefly the changes which have occurred to the ecological balance of nature from man, who originally killed only enough wildlife as was essential for self-sustenance, to today's technology which destroys the environment and, in turn, threatens the survival of all forms of wildlife. Explains that conservation is not just the preservation of a few species but the maintenance of a balanced ecological system. Strengthens the argument for preservation by using vivid wildlife visuals of species that are extinct, that have been threatened, and those that are now being preserved through various programs.
