The story is simple: ponies frolic on hilltops, in streams, in wood and meadow. They are seen and heard eating, drinking, and sleeping. A foal is born and struggles to use its wobbly legs. A pony is curried, groomed and schooled by his young mistress and wins a ribbon in the show ring.
