Peterborough Cathedral

Description: Scarred by invasion and fire, the Cathedral has passed through architectual periods og great interest. From the west door there is an unbroken vista to the alter and the lofty choir. In the 15th Century eastern chapel with its fine fan-vaulted roof, is the famous Monk’s stone.
