Penguin Island

Description: A film record of the various types of animal life found by the Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition (1948-1950) during their stay on Macquarie Island. Shows many species of seals, penguins and birds, including the Great Wandering Albatross. Recordings of sounds made by penguins are used in the introduction to the film.
