Description: On the shores of Lake Patzcuaro, living a life completely illuminated by the lake, live the Tarascan Indians. When the men begin their work at the "still light of dawn" and stay out on the lake until the sun sets. Life in the sleepy shore towns is placid and unvaried except for the one day when all the villagers go to the market. Fiesta days such as the one shown in the film are gay and colorful and the famous Dance of the Old Men is shown
