Description: Provides some ideas for the experienced worker to help and guide and new worker in their job. Analyse and plan your instructions; select key points where real skill is required and stress these points; show how to do it; let the person watch you do it again; let them do the simple parts of the job; help with do the whole job with constructive advice; let them do the whole job but watch; put them on their own.
