Chronicles the history of Palestine from the Moslem invasions of the 7th century up to the creation of the state of Israel, and then surveys in the detail of the major wars 1948, 1965, 1967, 1973 and other important events. portrays the Palestinians as a nation of refugees exiled from their homeland who share the common dream of one day returning to the country of their ancestors.
