Complete Record: , In this haunting and suspenseful iconograpic film, a father and daughter go owling in winter by the light of the moon. As they reach a line of pine trees, the father makes the call of the Great Horned Owl, but receives no answer. Mimicking the elusive bird, Pa calls again and hears an echo threading through the trees. An owl shadow flies overhead; Pa's flashlight catches the bird landing on a branch for a fleeting moment before it retreats once more into the recesses of the wood. When you go owling, you don't need anything but hope.
