Description: Shows some of the services of the Early Childhood Development Complex, Warrnambool, which provides for children both normal and handicapped, who would otherwise suffer from isolation in Victoria’s south-west region. Services include loans of toys and books, a travelling medical service, a Family Day Care group, and a support group for handicapped children and their parents.
