Open School

Describes, through a series of interviews, how a small group of highly motivated parents pushed their Open School Project through a reluctant school board, only to find in the end that they had shortchanged themselves. Shows how the parents' enthusiasm blinded them from the necessities of adequate planning and of recruiting trained and experienced personnel for the staff.
