Introduces the work of the UN Development Program, initially contrasting the childhoods of a US astronaut and a boy in a developing country. Shows something of this program’s involvement in a number of countries and specificlaly looks at an agricultural training program in one developing country. Representatives of this project describe its organisation, function and prospects.
