Description: Illustrates a year's cycle in the life of the Olympic elk that inhabit the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. Uses the maps to locate this primitive area and shows the rugged terrain by following the elk on their month-long trek to and from the summer feeding grounds in the high country.
