Ocean pastures

Description: Episode number 4 of Series “Australian Wildlife”. The life-cycle of the creatures living at, and in, the sea along the south-eastern Australian shore line. Tiny plankton provide foodstuff for birds and numerous small fish, whilst birds and bigger fish eat the smaller fish. Studies the sea gulls, terns, and the short tailed sheer-water. The fairy penguin and the Australian fur seal are also featured; and underwater life such as seahorses, crabs, octypus, stingrays and sharks. Narrated by Peter Wagner and devised by naturalist, Graham Pizzey.
