Nitrogen and Living Things

Complete Record: This film was produced for the modern science curriculum to provide a study in depth of concepts relating to the importance of nitrogen, a resource of the air on which we constantly depend. Pupils will become acquainted with nitrogen-fixation processes, the action of certain nitrogen-fixing bacteria, and with methods by which farmers have learned to supply nitrogen compounds for healthy and complete development of plants.
