Muloorina

Description: In 1962 Donald Campbell made his second attempt to break the worl land speed record on the salt flats of Lake Eyre, 35 miles north-east of Muloorina, a homestead 450 miles north of Adelaide, and settled by Elliot Price and his family in 1939; their struggle to establish a sheep station on the drought ridden land and the effect Campbell’s attempt had on the homestead.
