Description: Pennsylvania regional light rail cars, light rail line documented under construction and in apparent testing mode without passengers, in both summer and winter conditions. Long sequence after around 8 minutes is a series of still images of workers on the job building the cars. At around 17 minutes an animated sequence (good!) resumes motion picture.
