Troops arrive promptly and in strength. [Music] [Applause] Once a show of force has been achieved, the mob must be told what to do. The unit commander will order that violence and destruction cease immediately. He will emphasize that the military will use whatever forces necessary to bring the rioting to a halt. He will order the mob to disperse and its members to return to their homes. A time limit will be given. The orders of the unit commander represent a warning, not a threat. [Music]
