"Never talk to strangers" is a familiar mother's warning. Typical situations are shown and the symbols of red and green lights are used in terms of judging situations and strangers' actions and to give children the confidence to rebuff advances of probable child molesters. Does not encourage a distrustful attitude but instead helps children effectively withdraw from what might seem to be inviting transactions.
