Meet the Ship

Description: A Petty Officer introduces a recruit to a cruiser of the Royal Navy. As they walk around the ship the Officer, an old salt, gives the recruit an impression of life at sea in peace and war. The structure, equipment and armament of the vessel are examined in detail and there is incidental information on some naval traditions.
