Man's Place

Presents four men who are pursuing non-traditional male roles, and their families. By speaking candidly with men as homemakers and with those in traditionally female occupations, this program explores the positive affects of role expansion for men and women. Film progresses from radical role reversals of a husband who works as a full time homemaker to the moderate role expansion of a working couple sharing home responsibilities. Husband taking paternity leave, a man working as a municipal hospital nurse, and a couple sharing responsibilities in a carpentry business. Person on the street interview included.
