Description: An account of the varied services provided by Radio Malaya, which broadcasts programs of entertainment, information, and education in several languages to a listening public of many different races, age-groups and tastes. Besides news, general entertainment and school programs, Radio Malaya broadcasts programs designed to teach people to read, and many programs of special interest to rural communities.
