Listen, Cindy!

Illustrates the importance of listening well and some rules for improved listening skills. Follows Cindy through her last week of classes and her last assignment, a paper on how to listen. Characterizes Cindy as overbearing and argumentative, but confident she will breeze through this last assignment.
