Shows how science can actually measure the learning process and how Drs B. F. Skinner and R. J. Herrnstein measure learning and conditioning in the laboratory. Dr Skinner shows that all learning is dependent upon reward as a means of reinforcing a learned response, and that if this factor is absent, there is simply no learning.
