A surrealistic work described as a highly disjointed Oedipal narrative about a mother and her son. Peterson utilizes abstract visual techniques including reverse-motion images of a hand chalking the ground, accelerated shots of a girl playing hopscotch, and transformations that include a bone becoming a piece of bread. The dissonant soundtrack combines shouts, chants, howls, a cacophonous instrumental jam session, and phrases from two old ballads, Edward and The Three Ravens.
