This parody uses newsreel footage of goose-stepping Nazis in formation and Adolf Hitler gesticulating during speeches and giving the Nazi salute. The footage is manipulated with jump-cuts and reverse printing techniques so that the marchers appear to be executing a bizarre dance with Hitler as conductor.
