Description: Animated film about a young boy living in Trinidad who experiments with various sounds to create an instrument to play in the Mardi Gras. Shows his success in fabricating a steel drum from the bottom of an oil drum. Written by Joel Dreyfuss, designed and animated by Robert Bloomberg and Jane Aaron, narrated by Lawrence Andrews, Lucille Arnold, Pamela Franco and Opal Palmer.
