Description: Produced by Mack Sennett and starring Charlie Chaplin and Mack Swain. In the first film short, the Sennett funny men mingle with a crowd gathered by a kiddy-car contest at Venice, then a fashionable seaside resort. Revolves around a camera-happy Chaplin purposely running out to obstruct the photographer's view of kiddies racing down an incline in the background. In the film {A Busy Day} Chaplin masquerades as a militant suffragette who catches her husband (Mack Swain) flirting with another woman.
