Description: Produced by Andre De La Varre. The first glimpse of France is Le Havre, one of the cleanest and prettiest of cities, with improved waterfronts, beautiful parks and splendid thoroughfares. Typical of all French parks is the City Hall public garden where the profusion of plants and flowers are constantly changed and carefully tended, blooming from early spring to late fall.
