Joey

Description: Kangaroos hold a special place in Billy’s (Jamie Croft) heart, he even trespasses to protect them from being hunted on neighbouring Queensland farms. His evil neighbour, Dixon (Errol O’Neill) hires a Kanga Catcher who drugs the kangaroos and transports them to the city, all but a lonely joey who Billy rescues. Together with the daughter of an American ambassador, boy, girl and joey begin a journey to reunite the young kangaroo with its kidnapped family. An adventure film that the whole family will enjoy. Cast also includes Alex McKenna, Rebecca Gibney, Ed Begley Jr and Ruth Cracknell.
