Description: Tells a story about a man hiking alone in the wilderness in extremely cold weather. Reveals that he is new to the area and has disregarded warnings from others that 50 degrees below zero is too cold for traveling alone. Shows how he gradually loses his ability to function effectively, until he can no longer use his hands to start a fire. At last he realizes that the others were right, that he cannot survive, and resigns himself to death. (Note: Leonard Nimoy does not narrate this version.)
