Stresses mainly the selected activities and shows some of the possibilities which can be incorporated into a program. Retains the American concept of physical fitness development but presents the appropriate methodology and activities leading to program development. Attention is focused on basic movement, hand apparatus, large apparatus and selected rhythmic and game activities.
