Complete Record: An amusing story about a twelve-year-old boy's attempt to become perfect. Milo Crimpley's life consists of one disaster after another. He breaks his alarm clock, tries unsuccessfully to tame his unruly hair and spills milk on his older brother. A major mishap occurs when he drives his brother's car through the garage wall. Milo enlists the aid of Dr. K. Pinkerton Silverfish, an eccentric who lives in a house filled with gadgets. In the end, Milo gains confidence and maturity but discovers that he is still not perfect. Dr. Silverfish explains: "Perfect is never doing anything wrong- which means never doing anything at all. Perfect is boring!"
